LZQ is an OEM factory for all kinds of dental implant tools, such as Diagnostic T, implant distance indicator, drill, driver, wrench, adaptor, drill extension, drill guide, ball bur, sleeve, abutment and transfer, etc. We can also produce a whole kit of tools for customers' surgical cases.

Diagnostic T is a planning aid to evaluate the minimal dimensions for implant placement regarding mouth opening space, interproximal distance and occlusal height.

The pictograms on the instruments show which arm is used for which measurement. We recommend the use of additional planning methods as this instrument is meant for a first diagnosis only and does not replace other planning tools such as surgical drill templates.

Implant Distance Indicator is used at the beginning of an implant treatment during history, examination and treatment planning, as well as during implant surgery.

The four discs of the Implant Distance Indicator display the shoulder diameters of implants. Use the Implant Distance Indicator to check the available space before the start of treatment or intraoperatively to mark the desired implant site.

Ultra-high anti-rust & high wear-resistant , high hardness, high impact, high toughness stainless steel, with excellent anti-rust capability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance (high hardness) performance and ideal impact resistance.. Its excellent corrosion resistance is comparable to TYPE 304 Stainless steel; and its rust resistance is closer to alloy for surgical implant. Unmarked, with 5% Neutral salt spray test (ASTM B117), it doesn't rust after 1000 hours. Wide range of applications, quite good and stable quality, which can be used to produce extremely complex, high-precision shank shapes and profile ultra-sharp edge structures.

The Vitro (cytotoxicity) test verifies that the material does not have any potential cytotoxicity and therefore can safely contact human tissue, body fluids or blood, and meets all relevant allergy and skin irritation test standards.
